The AI workforce for freight dispatch

Don't buy dispatch software. Hire a dispatch team.

Tiriel is a workforce of AI agents with one job each. They scan 14+ load boards, negotiate with brokers, coordinate drivers, and close the paperwork, 24/7, in any language.

Available across the United States.

The job today

One person. One phone. Fourteen hours.

You call. You wait on hold. You refresh five boards while a good load disappears from a sixth. You negotiate one broker at a time while three others move on. You chase a driver for a check call, chase a rate con for a missing field, chase the day until 9 PM.

Then tomorrow, you do it again, because every task in dispatch needs a human on the phone, and there is exactly one of you.

The ceiling isn't your skill. It's your hours.

A new way to operate

Software waits for you. A workforce works for you.

Every dispatch tool ever built made the human faster at doing the work. Tiriel is the one that does the work. Specialized agents, each with one job, one standard, one boss: you. They talk to brokers while you sleep. They learn your lanes, your drivers, your rules. Every call they make teaches the next one.

You don't log in to work. You check in on your team.

Meet your team

Six specialists. One AI workforce.

PL
PLANNER
Keeps your trucks ready.
Knows where every truck is, when it'll be empty, and what the driver wants next. Turns live capacity into a plan before the search starts.
Result: every truck starts with a clear next move.
SC
SCOUT
Finds the freight.
Searches load boards and broker inboxes continuously, filters the noise, and surfaces the loads that actually fit each truck.
Result: the right loads reach you before the competition.
CL
CLOSER
Wins the rate.
Contacts brokers in parallel, negotiates against your targets, validates the terms, and pushes each opportunity toward booking.
Result: better rates without spending your day on the phone.
CO
COORDINATOR
Runs the load.
Handles driver communication, check calls, pickup and delivery instructions, ETAs, and status updates from dispatch to POD.
Result: drivers keep moving and everyone stays informed.
EX
EXPEDITOR
Gets loads back on track.
Steps in when something goes wrong: delays, missed appointments, breakdowns, detention, lumper issues, rejected freight, and escalations.
Result: exceptions get handled before they become expensive problems.
AU
AUDITOR
Protects every dollar.
Validates brokers and rate confirmations, checks paperwork, detects risk, processes PODs, and catches detention, TONU, and other recoverable revenue.
Result: less risk, fewer mistakes, more money collected.

Six specialists. One shared memory. What Closer learns about a broker, Scout uses on the next load. What Coordinator learns from a driver, Planner uses to plan the next one.

You direct. They execute.

Set the rules

Your lanes, your minimum rates, your drivers' preferences. The workforce operates inside limits you set, and never outside them.

02

Watch it work

Agents scan, call, negotiate, and file in parallel, 24/7. Every action lands in one feed, with a full audit trail.

03

Approve the exceptions

The 5% that needs human judgment comes to you as a decision, not a task. Everything else is already done.

Agent: Hello, I'm the dispatch assistant for Gallegos Dispatching. Is load 29641 from Birmingham, Alabama to Nashville, Tennessee still available?

Broker: Yes. We're at six hundred forty.

Agent: Our rate to take this load is $739. That is the number that makes this lane work for us today.

Broker: No, it's too much. I think six hundred and fifty.

Agent: I understand where you're coming from, and we're currently at $739 because that's the lane rate that keeps this run fair for us.

Broker: Okay. We can do it for six hundred and eighty.

Agent: I truly appreciate working with you on this. To make it work, we need $721, so locking it in now would be great.

What 90 days looks like

Same dispatcher. Same hours. Different math.

This is what the median pilot customer looks like at every checkpoint. Not projections. Not best case. Median.

In their own words

The first thirty said it better than we could.

"I went from 8 trucks to 22 in three months. Same hours. My income nearly tripled. The first month I thought it was a fluke. It's not a fluke."
Maria G. · Houston, TX · 22 OOs on Tiriel
"The check calls alone freed up 2 hours a day. The negotiation quality is better than mine on a tired Tuesday."
Carlos R. · Phoenix, AZ · 14 OOs on Tiriel
"I run my operation in Spanish. The AI runs in Spanish. My brokers speak English. Nobody notices. That's the magic."
Javier M. · Chicago, IL · 18 OOs on Tiriel

Three operators. One workforce.

Independent dispatcher
5 owner-operators, capped at 14-hour days.

Scout and Closer take the boards and the phones. She runs 22 trucks in fewer hours and picks which loads deserve her judgment.

Small carrier
8 trucks, the owner still dispatches nights.

The workforce covers nights and weekends. Trucks stop sitting on Sundays.

Fleet owner
30 trucks, 3 dispatchers, high turnover.

Each dispatcher directs a full agent team. The fleet scales loads without scaling the dispatch office.

FAQ

Asked by every dispatcher we meet.

Anything else, write to hello@tiriel.ai, a human answers.

What is an AI workforce for freight dispatch?
An AI workforce for freight dispatch is a team of specialized AI agents that runs dispatch operations autonomously: scanning load boards, negotiating rates with brokers by phone and email, coordinating drivers, and processing rate confirmations and paperwork. Unlike dispatch software, which organizes work for a human to do, an AI workforce does the work itself, 24/7, under rules the dispatcher sets. Tiriel created the category and operates it in production across the United States.
Will Tiriel replace me?
No. Tiriel handles the 90% of your day that is repetitive. You focus on the 10% that is human: relationships, strategy, growth. Every dispatcher on Tiriel manages more trucks and earns more money. We have not replaced a single dispatcher. We have made them more valuable.
What if I don't have many OOs yet?
You start at Starter ($349/mo, up to 5 OOs). As you add OOs, which most dispatchers do within 60–90 days, you automatically upgrade to the next tier.
What does Tiriel integrate with?
Built to plug into the tools you already run. The 14 load boards you already use, broker email inboxes, SMS, voice, FMCSA, payment processors, and accounting. We meet your operation where it lives. We don't ask you to switch.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly. But: most dispatchers on Tiriel for 90+ days have grown from 5 to 15–20 OOs. If you cancel, you'd have to fire half your fleet. That's the structural retention, and why monthly churn is below 3.5% on Starter and 1% on Enterprise.
How is my data handled?
US-based infrastructure. SOC 2 Type II in progress. Your dispatcher data, broker relationships, and owner-operator information are yours, not ours.
What languages are supported?
Any. The platform is language-agnostic by architecture. The same negotiation engine that works in Spanish works in English, Portuguese, Russian, and any other language spoken by U.S. dispatchers.
How long does activation take?
About 7 minutes. You connect your load board credentials, load your OOs, and you're live. First AI-led negotiation usually happens within 35–60 minutes.
What if my broker doesn't want to talk to an AI?
After the first call, they don't notice. The AI maintains a consistent voice per broker relationship. Win rate after 30 days is 85%+ at 5%+ rate improvement.
How does the upgrade work?
Automatic. When you cross the OO ceiling on your tier, the product gates the next OO until you upgrade. No sales call, no awkwardness, just a billing change at the start of the next month.
Can I bring my own tools?
Yes. We integrate with the major accounting, factoring, ELD, and TMS systems. Custom integrations are available on Pro and Enterprise.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly. But the structural retention is built into the product: you grow with us, you stay with us.
What if I'm not technical?
73% of our Phase 1 customers describe themselves as non-technical. Onboarding is human-assisted in Phase 1, automated in Phase 2. You do not need to configure anything.
